Mezz Co.'s total liability to any user for any claims arising under or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Mezz Co. during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.

All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property available through Mezz Co.'s platforms and services are the exclusive property of Mezz Co. or its licensors and are protected under applicable United States and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other use of Mezz Co.'s intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these policies shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact Mezz Co. at Benjimez89@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters involving intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

MEZZ CO.'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

Mezz Co. does not warrant that its services will be available at all times, that information will be accurate or complete, or that defects will be corrected. Your use of our services is at your sole risk.
