REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
Mezz Co. operates a strict all-sales-final policy. By completing a purchase of any product, service, subscription, digital content, or program offered by Mezz Co., you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable.
- No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted or processed.
- No refunds will be issued for partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction with a product or service.
- No credits, rollovers, or substitutions will be provided in lieu of a refund.
We strongly encourage all customers to review product and service descriptions thoroughly before completing any purchase.
2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This policy applies to all transactions made through Mezz Co.'s websites, apps, platforms, email, or any other channel, including but not limited to:
- Digital wellness content, guides, and downloadable materials.
- Online programs, courses, and coaching packages.
- Subscription plans and membership access.
- Any other products or services offered by Mezz Co.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INSTANT ACCESS
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of Mezz Co.'s offerings, all sales of digital products, programs, and services are non-refundable upon purchase. Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment confirmation, and no refund will be issued once access has been delivered, whether or not the content has been viewed, downloaded, or used.
By purchasing any digital product or service from Mezz Co., you waive any right to a refund on the basis that the product is digital or was immediately delivered.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, as selected at the time of purchase). All subscription fees are non-refundable, including any fees already billed for the current or prior billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges; however, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any previously billed amounts. Access to subscription benefits will continue through the end of the current paid billing period following cancellation.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription prior to the next billing date if you do not wish to be charged. Mezz Co. will not issue refunds for charges resulting from a failure to cancel in a timely manner.
5. PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing any transaction with Mezz Co., you confirm that:
- You have read and fully understood this Refund & Return Policy prior to purchase.
- You accept that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
- You are making an informed purchase decision and have reviewed all available product or service information.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider in violation of this all-sales-final policy will be considered a breach of your agreement with Mezz Co. In the event of a chargeback, Mezz Co. reserves the right to:
- Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to all Mezz Co. products and services.
- Dispute the chargeback by providing your purchase records, acceptance of this policy, and evidence of service delivery.
- Pursue recovery of any fees, costs, or damages resulting from a fraudulent or unwarranted chargeback.

7. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Mezz Co.'s all-sales-final policy is firm. Exceptions are rare and considered solely at the discretion of Mezz Co. management. The only circumstances under which a resolution may be considered include:
- Verified duplicate charges or billing errors caused solely by Mezz Co.
- A transaction that violates applicable Nevada or federal consumer protection law.
Any exception granted does not constitute a waiver of this policy with respect to any other transaction, past or future. Exception requests must be submitted in writing to Benjimez89@gmail.com within seven (7) days of the original transaction date.
